Challenge with 1 x weekly nutritional workshop and 1 x weekly outdoor fitness coaching. For 8 weeks our team members will receive valuable tips, motivation and support to achieve the goal. In addition to the coaching, people train diligently and individually in one of our partner fitness centers for 8 weeks.
